Dinner time :)

We went to the butcher up the road yesterday and bought the biggest leg of lamb ever, 2.5kg on the bone :)

Dinner tonight is Yellow box honey and rosemary roast lamb and vegetable, with homemade aioli (, as well as homemade creole sour cream dip.(creole spice mix stirred through sour cream and whole egg mayo to taste) Delish!!!

The leftovers will be made into a pie next week.
